The Pupils Vovinam Championship of Hochiminh city 2010 will be held from March 2nd to March 6th at the Sports Center of District 8 - Hochiminh City with the participation of 610 athletes (370 male and 240 female) of over 60 schools of 20 districts of Hochiminh City. 

There are :

• 163 atheles from primary schools (6-10 yrs old)
• 259 athletes from intermediary schools (11- 14 yrs old) 
• 181 athletes from secondary schools ( 15-17 yrs old)
• 61 fighting categories (male+ female) with 468 fights.
• 12 technical categories (male+ female) with 88 performances.

The athlele who gets 1st, 2nd or 3rd place will receive medal + certificate + money + some additional points at their final exam at their school.
